Los Angeles:
On November 2, 2012, around 3:15 p.m., Topanga officers responded to a
radio call of an "Ambulance Death Investigation", in the 7100 block of
Farralone Avenue, in Canoga Park.
When officers arrived and entered the residence they found two victims with gunshot wounds.
Los Angeles Fire Department Paramedics responded to the scene. Both victims died from their injuries at scene.
Based on preliminary investigative information, it appears the decedents
were in a dating relationship and the incident appears to be a
murder/suicide.
The names of the individuals have not been released as notifications to
family members are still being made by the Los Angeles County Coroner’s
Office.
